Email hello@northlanternstudioapps.com with the subject “Delete my Loresca account”. If possible, send the request from the email associated with your account. If you use a guest session, contact us while you can still access that session; without a linked email or access to the session, we may be unable to verify ownership. Never send us your password or verification codes. We may request additional information to verify ownership.
The request covers your account profile, private stories and messages, Persona, memories, private character drafts and associated private media. Public character entries are removed from discovery and detached from your creator identity; other users' existing stories and the published assets needed by them may remain. Necessary transaction or security records may be retained separately.
Deleting an account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions through Google Play. Save any creations you want to keep before requesting deletion.
